Saroj and Manju Investment franchise is a joke. Don't work here.
Papa John's Pizza 76 W 2nd S Ste A, Rexburg, ID - jevuhuzera.tk
Management is a joke. Food safety is nonexistent. Last health inspections for whole Philadelphia Markets is early Unsafe and rusty equipment. Even used fecal matter exposed product and served to customers; I refused and walked out that day. I just got fed up and resigned. No one should EVER order or work at one of these stores because it will disgust and upset you as it did me. Great first job! Loved it when I first got there but then we started going threw General Managers like crazy!
Not even a full 2 years and already in the 4th GM. But if you are looking for quick cash this could be the job for you.

Not terrible, not wonderful. So be aware of the difference. Mine was low on the totem pole for a district of 10 stores in Midwest Kansas. It was decently ran under the first owner. He would visit the store once a week or so and be uplifting to the younger employees like me.
Then he decided to sell his district to two new guys, and that was just a mess. They promoted me to GM at 18, as soon as they took over the company. Not to trash on myself, but that was a very poor decision. I was literally thrown into all the chaos with the hopes and promises of being moved into an office job downtown if I could prove my worth as a GM.
I feel like the owners had good intentions, but very poor execution of such. I left the company after a few more months because of the stress. Shortly after they shutdown my former store. They came in on a Sunday night and told everyone not to bother coming into work anymore.
They nonchalantly offered the employees the option to work at one of the other stores in the district, but that fell through immediately. So nearly 12 employees to my knowledge at he time, were out of a job over night. That is very poor management. No breaks, not even to eat, long ridiculous hours, refusal to give raises, poor management, lack of training. Terrible place to work!
Papa John's Pizza, Rexburg
The owner was VERY self serving only caring about the business. Raises are non existing as well as PTO. They set unrealistic goals and seem to favor young white men.
Wonderful place to work. Love papa johns. Management is great. They have a great training program, and they have plenty of opportunities for advancement. The pay raises are performance based, but if you do your job they pay you well.
Papa Murphy’s Pizza Deals
Very Disappointed with Management and other employees. In my 3 years I spent working for this company, I felt that I was constantly getting screwed over. The first two years were better than the last year because I had friends who worked with me and they made coming into work fun everyday. After all my friends left however, I was put into a more serious role which I agreed to take. I started part time but quickly turned into a full time employee because of the lack of help we had. I was very disappointed with how the store was managed.
If somebody called out sick, they didn't ask if you could stay later to cover the shift, they MADE you stay if nobody else was available. Travel feed: Log in Join Recently viewed Bookings Inbox. Week days was usually slow. Weekends was a faster pace. I learned patiences. I loved the employees i worked with. I worked hard to get into the management position. I started at the bottom working only hours a week. This is one job that I can honestly say that I enjoyed working for management was on top of everything prompt pay excellenty working conditions maybe pay could have been better but no real complaints. Fun work place.
I loved working in Hawaii papa johns the people there are amazing.
Jae was one of the best boss around Very fast paced work environment that require skills. Fast paced workplace that requires you to learn alot of skills in a short amount of time. General managers expect you to handle everything and leave you alone to deal with any difficulties. Job for kids. Upper management gives zero craps about you. Promises for promotion are made, but never fulfilled.
The Kansas City Market is bloated with middle managers who continue to promote based on nepotism or friendship. Unqualified people are therefore promoted which puts downward pressure on stores and team members. For the foreseeable future, stay away from this company unless you are unable to find a job any where else.
Good company. Promoted from within and good owner easy to learn pis system and inventory control system. Was trained well for the promotion and a flexible schedule. Decent workplace. Most of the people that I worked with were nice, managers are hit or miss with working with, would give a better review if the employees were paid what they work for. Review this company. Claimed Profile Review this company.
